About Nancy Lynn

For over 15 years, Nancy has helped over 1000 executives, managers and rising stars maximize their personal and professional potential. Nancy specializes in communication and presentation skills, executive image and etiquette. Her programs are filled with influential tools and techniques that motivate change.

Nancy’s message is for corporations, associations, conference keynotes, breakouts, lunch and learns, one-on-one coaching and more. She has contagious enthusiasm and an interactive style!

Nancy is on the board of the National Speakers Association (NSA) for the NYC chapter, as well as a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) and the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI).

Nancy is also a senior instructor for Communispond, where she coaches executives of Fortune 500 companies. As an adjunct professor at Stevens Institute of Technology, Nancy has coached over 400 executives, as well as co-created the first communication course for the Executive Masters program, and developed the first communication and teaching module for Entrepreneurship 101, and the first interactive module for Management 103 (2015). Previously, Nancy worked for Olan Mills as the Northeast District Sales Supervisor for thirteen years.

In addition to being a passionate parent, an independent business owner, and “big time” dog lover, Nancy is an active member of her community. She serves on the board of MMAC (Millburn’s Municipal Alliance Committee), is active with the Food Pantry of the Oranges, her school district, and Dress for Success, and was selected as the Essex County Volunteer of the Year (2014) by the Governor’s Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse.

Originally from upstate New York, Nancy now lives just outside New York City.
